Project Coordinator

The Block Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities at the block level. The role involves working closely with field teams, community members, and government stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project objectives. The coordinator will support field operations, organize meetings, and ensure timely execution of activities. The position also includes maintaining proper documentation, collecting field data, and preparing regular progress reports. The Block Coordinator will ensure that all activities are carried out as per organizational guidelines and project requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise project activities at block level
• Liaise with government officials and local stakeholders
• Monitor field staff and ensure timely reporting
• Conduct community meetings and awareness programs
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• QualificationGraduate / Post Graduate (MSW / Rural Development preferred)
• Experience1–3 years in NGO / development sector
