Job Summary:We are hiring a proactive Electrical Engineer for our EV Charging Station network. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV chargers and associated electrical systems across multiple locations. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel.

• Key Responsibilities:Travel to EV charging station sites for installation, inspection, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in EV chargers and power supply systems.
• Handle and maintain 11KV lines, transformers, and CT/PT systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot LT Panels and distribution systems.
• Inspect and maintain earthing systems (earth pits) for safety compliance.
• Monitor and maintain voltage levels and load conditions.
• Ensure uptime and quick resolution of breakdowns at charging stations.
• Coordinate with vendors, DISCOM, and internal teams.
• Maintain service reports, fault logs, and maintenance records.
• Follow all electrical safety standards and EV compliance norms.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in:
• 11KV electrical systems
• CT/PT
• LT Panels
• Earthing systems
• Voltage & load management
• Basic understanding of EV charging systems (AC/DC chargers) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across locations.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in EV charging infrastructure / solar / industrial electrical projects.
• Knowledge of EV charger installation & commissioning.
• Familiarity with testing tools (multimeter, megger, clamp meter).
• Ability to handle field emergencies independently.
• Additional Requirements:Must be ready for on-site and emergency visits.
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
