Hotel Manager

We are hiring a Resort Manager to handle day-to-day operations at Petstreet Resort, Sector 135.

The manager will oversee dog boarding, daycare, café, picnics, staycations, staff management, customer handling, hygiene, safety, and ensure smooth resort functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage boarding operations, check-ins & check-outs.
• Ensure dogs receive meals, walks, medications, and proper care.
• Supervise resort staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline.
• Handle customer queries, bookings, and feedback.
• Maintain hygiene, cleaning standards, kennel sanitisation & safety.
• Oversee café operations and event/picnic setups.
• Manage stock, consumables, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with Directors/Senior for daily updates and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, kennel/resort operations, or team management.
• Must love dogs and understand pet behaviour.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle peak-hour pressure and multi-task.
