Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for well-qualified and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for market expansion and merchant onboarding. Unlike traditional sales roles, we focus on quality relationships and sustainable growth rather than high-pressure daily targets.

Mandatory Training Session:

Duration: 3 to 4 days of intensive training.

Timeline: Scheduled within the first week of joining.

Focus: You will be trained on our product features, application interface, and professional communication standards to ensure your success in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Visits: Visit local businesses, retail outlets, and service providers to introduce our digital platform.

Merchant Onboarding: Explain the features of our application/services and assist vendors in the registration process.

Market Analysis: Identify potential areas for business growth and provide feedback on market trends.

Brand Representation: Act as the professional face of the company, ensuring a high standard of communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation is mandatory. We are specifically looking for candidates with BBA, MBA, or BCA degrees.

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler is NOT required for this role.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Tech-Savvy: Candidates should be comfortable explaining app features and technical benefits.

Salary :

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview).

Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.

Allowances: None (This is a fixed-pay model without additional petrol/mobile reimbursement).
