Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Kahani, Madya Pradesh

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹31,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning

• Drive loan sourcing, disbursement, and collection processes
• Lead, train, and supervise a field sales team to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes, and documentation standards
• Meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement and collection targets
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain service quality and customer engagement

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 4 years (preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or microfinance)
• Languages: Hindi and/or English
• Gender: Male candidates preferred
• Age: 18 – 38 years
