Academic Counselor

Job Role:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for academic admissions.
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and admission process.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Assist candidates with documentation and application procedures.
• Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and call targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in education counselling / admissions / sales preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
