- 🎯 Key Responsibilities📊 Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain daily sales, purchase, and expense entries
- Record journal entries and ledger posting
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Maintain accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare monthly profit & loss reports
- 💼 Billing & InvoicingPrepare GST-compliant invoices
- Verify purchase bills and expense vouchers
- Maintain client-wise billing records
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow-ups
- 🧮 Taxation WorkGST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- TDS calculation & return filing
- Maintain input & output GST records
- Handle tax notices and compliance
- Assist in annual income tax preparation
- 📁 Compliance & DocumentationMaintain proper financial records
- Coordinate with CA for audit
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Prepare financial reports for management
- 🛠 Required SkillsKnowledge of GST & TDS
- Basic understanding of Income Tax
- Experience in Tally / Busy / Zoho Books / Excel
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail
- 🎓 QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA Finance
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting
- 💼 Optional (If IT Company)Understanding of IT hardware billing
- AMC billing knowledge
- Project-based billing experience
