Job Title: Area Manager – EV Charger Installation

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Area Manager to handle end-to-end operations for EV home charger installations for commercial 3 & 4-wheeler vehicles across Delhi NCR. The candidate will manage on-ground teams, assign leads, ensure timely installations, and maintain proper reporting with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of EV charger installations in assigned areas

Assign installation leads to ground technicians and track progress

Coordinate with customers for scheduling and execution

Ensure timely and quality installation of EV chargers

Monitor team performance and provide guidance/support

Maintain and submit WCR (Work Completion Reports) regularly

Report daily updates, issues, and progress to concerned teams

Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution

Ensure proper use of materials and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in field operations / electrical / EV / installation roles

Experience in managing field teams is preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical work (wiring, MCB, earthing, etc.)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Must have a smartphone for reporting and coordination

Preferred:

Experience in EV charging or solar/electrical projects

Local knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and areas

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
