🔶 Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

🔶 Experience Required:

Minimum: 5 Years

Preferred: 10 Years in FMCG (Edible Oil / Food / Grocery Products)

🔶 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve growth in assigned territory.

Build and lead a strong distributor and dealer network.

Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Drive secondary sales and retail visibility for Brassica Mustard Oil.

Manage team performance, training, and market expansion.

Maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.

🔶 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably Mustard Oil or Edible Oils).

Strong regional market knowledge.

Proven record of sales growth and team management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Must be willing to travel.
