Associate Center Manager

Position: Associate Center Manager (ACM)

Company: Cultfit Healthcare Pvt Ltd

Location: Dharampeth

Shift Timings: Rotational (Split Shift: 5:30 AM–10 AM & 5 PM–10 PM OR Straight Shift 5.30 to 2.30 PM or 1.30 TO 10.30 PM)

Weekly Off: 1 (Rotational)

Compensation: 25k fixed + 15k incentives (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

. Promote and sell memberships (walk-ins/trials)

. Achieve conversion targets

. Upsell additional services

. Maintain customer interaction records

2. Operations:

. Manage center operations, experience, and inventory

. Ensure smooth class management and trainer punctuality

. Handle customer issues and gather feedback

. Conduct daily audits of center facilities and essentials

Interview Process:

Google Meet with Cluster Manager

Google Meet with Cluster Head

Final round with HRBP or Franchise Owner

Requirements:

Education: Graduate/Diploma/Certificate

Strong in sales, customer handling, and basic operations

Formal attire for the interview
