Bank Officer – Current Account (BO-CA)

Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account customers including SMEs, traders, professionals, institutions, and local businesses

 Source business through field sourcing, branch referrals, walk-ins, and market mapping

 Ensure end-to-end account opening, activation, and funding within defined TAT

 Complete KYC documentation and ensure adherence to AML, regulatory, and internal compliance norms

 Achieve assigned account acquisition, balance build-up, and fee income targets

 Promote and cross-sell relevant banking solutions such as CMS, POS, QR, FASTag, Trade & Forex, and Digital Banking products

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure account retention and balance growth

 Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing

 Monitor account performance, activation status, and ongoing account health

 Participate in branch reviews, audits, and compliance checks as required by the bank
