Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and café menu items.

• Operate professional coffee machines (Espresso, Brew Bar, Cold Brew, etc.) and grinders.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

• Engage with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend drinks/menu items.

• Manage POS transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately.

• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and café upkeep.

• Support café events, promotions, and soft launch activities.

• Uphold Latteholic’s premium service standards and brand values.

Requirements

• Prior barista/café/restaurant experience preferred (freshers with strong interest in coffee may also apply).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (espresso, latte art, pour-over, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
