Role Overview:

The Branch Head will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring high standards of academic delivery, parent satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the branch
• Address and resolve parent queries and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism
• Manage, guide, and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Handle inquiries, counsel parents, and convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain a positive learning environment
