As a Real Estate Consultant at Propshop, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively connecting with potential buyers and converting leads into successful property transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our company professionally, build strong relationships with clients, and guide them through the process of purchasing their dream home.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential buyers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into appointments and actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultation to clients, offering insights into market trends, property options, pricing, and financing alternatives.
• Property Showings: Showcase properties to clients that match their requirements, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations between clients and property developers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and favorable contract terms.
• Documentation: Review and verify contract terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying process and beyond.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and foster long-term relationships.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.
