📌 Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – BDE (Loan Sales) to manage and guide a team of Business Development Executives while driving loan sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise in financial products, and the ability to motivate the team to achieve business goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BDEs for loan sales (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP, etc.)
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets
• Develop strategies to generate quality leads and improve conversions
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company and banking norms
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing and disbursement
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
