Job Overview

Connect With DiZi is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can handle leads, communicate effectively with potential clients, and convert them into long-term business opportunities. The candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing services and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Call and follow up with generated leads to understand client requirements

Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication

Conduct client meetings via Google Meet / Zoom

Visit client offices (if required) for face-to-face meetings

Present company services like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development

Maintain proper follow-up and build long-term client relationships

Update lead status and maintain records in CRM or sheets

Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)

Understanding of Website Development services

Strong communication & convincing skills

Confidence in handling client calls and meetings

Ability to close deals and generate revenue

Good presentation skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented
