Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience and sales ability)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with knowledge of fitness and gym equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales (for experienced candidates), though freshers with strong sales skills and passion for fitness are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Handle B2B and B2C sales for gym machines and sports accessories.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated with product knowledge across multiple fitness brands.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain clean records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or manually.
• Coordinate with the logistics and inventory team to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of fitness, workout machines, or sports accessories preferred.
• Prior sales experience is a plus; fresher with strong convincing skills can apply.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-driven.
