Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field/market visits to identify, meet, and onboard new merchants such as kirana stores, small shops, and other local businesses in the assigned territory.
- Explain PhonePe products, features, and benefits (QR, soundbox/smart speaker, POS/scanner, etc.) and ensure merchants actively use them for payments.
- Promote upgrades or additional PhonePe products and services to existing merchants to increase transactions and revenue.
- Keep track of competitor payment solutions in the area and share market feedback with the team to improve PhonePe’s offerings.
