Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Explain company products/services to customers effectively
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding



  • Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
  • Confident and persuasive speaking ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment



  • Eligibility CriteriaFemale candidates only
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in calling/telecalling/sales
  • Candidates residing in nearby areas preferred
