Sales Executive Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive Manager who will actively engage in client interactions, generate leads through calling, conduct client visits, and successfully close deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Conduct client visits/meetings to present products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
• Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in sales or business development
• Willingness to travel for client visits
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
