Job Description (Short)
We are hiring a Business Development + Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to grow sales for Vending99.com / Extreme Controls & Automation Pvt. Ltd. You will handle B2B lead generation, dealer/reseller development, client pitching and closures, plus digital marketing tasks like SEO, blog/content, creatives, and presentations for our vending and automation products (QR/UPI payment modules, tea/coffee vending, Water ATM controllers, kiosks, etc.).
Key Responsibilities (Short)
Business Development (B2B)
- Generate leads (dealers, institutions, factories, hospitals, schools, service centers, exporters).
- Pitch products via calls/WhatsApp/email/demos; plan meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close orders; maintain pipeline/CRM.
- Build reseller/distributor network and support onboarding.
- Coordinate demos, installation planning, and after-sales handover with technical team.
- Market research, competitor tracking, customer feedback collection.
- Payment follow-up, documentation, dispatch coordination.
Digital Marketing + Content
- Manage basic SEO: keywords, on-page SEO, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking.
- Write and publish blog posts and product pages (WordPress), with images and SEO structure.
- Run lead campaigns on WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram (basic level).
- Create simple creatives: posters, banners, product feature images, thumbnails.
- Prepare sales materials: PPT presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies.
- Basic video work: product demo edits, short reels, captions, thumbnails (mobile-friendly tools OK).
Skills / Requirements (Brief)B2B
- sales experience + interest in tech/hardware/IoT products.
- Basic WordPress handling + content writing + SEO understanding.
- Ability to create simple visuals/videos (Canva/CapCut/PowerPoint or similar).
- Good communication + negotiation + follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable with targets, travel, and multi-tasking.
