Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
