About the Role

Silveor is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and manage staff, uphold quality and hygiene standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our café located in Rajendra Nagar Sector-3.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all shifts.
• Supervise, train, and motivate café staff; prepare duty rosters.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer queries/concerns.
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, vendor coordination, and cost control.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor sales performance and support strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
• Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and overall café ambience.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance across all operational areas.
• Support marketing/ promotional activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Café Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of café operations, food safety norms, and customer service standards.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and inventory software.
• Pleasant personality with a problem-solving attitude.
