Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
• Explain used car loan products, interest rates, and eligibility
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
