Channel Sales – Plot Sales (Ghaziabad)
Position: Channel Sales Executive
Project Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 2–8 years (Mandatory: Plot sales in Ghaziabad)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow channel partner network (brokers/agents) in Ghaziabad.
- Drive plot sales through channel partners to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct channel meetings, site visits, and trainings.
- Track partner performance and ensure consistent lead flow.
- Provide market insights on Ghaziabad plotted projects and competition.
- RequirementsStrong experience in plot sales in Ghaziabad (compulsory).
- Existing network of active brokers and channel partners.
- Good communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
