Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to manage, expand, and strengthen our Channel Partner (CP) network for commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through CPs, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, manage, and expand the Channel Partner network
  • Generate sales through CPs for commercial/retail real estate projects
  • Conduct CP meetings, training sessions, and site visits
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs and onboard new partners
  • Coordinate with internal sales, CRM, and marketing teams
  • Share project updates, schemes, pricing, and inventory details with CPs
  • Track CP performance and ensure timely closures
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination till deal closure


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong experience in Channel Sales (Real Estate)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong network of Channel Partners in Noida / NCR
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to conduct presentations and partner meetings
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market is mandatory
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Immediate or short notice period preferred
  • Candidate from Real Estate Builder / Developer background
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills
