Job Title: Business Analyst – Taxation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) for a Business Analyst role specializing in taxation. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, applying your tax expertise to improve processes and systems. You'll work with stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant tax processes.

Responsibilities:

·        Tax Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze/improve tax processes, streamline workflows, and document current/future states.

·        Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Elicit/document tax-related requirements and translate them into specifications for technical teams.

·        Tax Systems Implementation and Support: Participate in tax system implementation, provide user support, and ensure systems meet tax requirements.

·        Tax Law Research and Compliance: Stay updated on tax laws, ensure compliance, and assist with tax audits.

·        Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze tax data, develop reports/dashboards, and ensure data integrity.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand needs and provide solutions.
