Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee on-site execution for our upcoming residential building project, in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in residential construction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to join immediately.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Site Execution: Oversee day-to-day construction activities for residential buildings (specifically 3 BHK layouts), ensuring work progresses on schedule and meets quality standards.
• ​Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and execute work according to architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• ​Measurements & Billing: Take precise daily site measurements, record them accurately, and assist in the preparation and checking of running bills.
• ​Quality & Safety: Maintain strict quality control of materials and workmanship while ensuring all site safety protocols are followed.
• ​Coordination: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

​Requirements:

• ​B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• ​Minimum of 3 years of hands-on site experience, specifically in residential building construction.
• ​Proven ability to execute work directly from technical drawings.
• ​Strong proficiency in taking site measurements and calculating material requirements.
• ​Must be residing in or willing to commute daily to Ghaziabad.
• ​Must be able to join immediately.
