We are seeking a skilled and experienced civil engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of this project and other projects.

Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on residential construction, and will possess excellent project management skills. The role involves coordination with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the Jovian Luxury Homes project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of the Jovian Luxury Homes project, including the construction of 2BHK and 3BHK flats and villas.
• Ensure the project is executed as per the approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and tests to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project designs.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring that all construction activities meet the required standards and regulations.
• Manage the procurement of construction materials and ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the management team.
• Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, safety codes, and company quality standards.
• Identify potential issues or risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring project stays within scope. 
• Coordinate with government authorities and other external agencies for permits, inspections, and compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in residential projects.
• Proven track record in overseeing the construction of flats, villas, or similar residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and methods.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and local construction laws.
• Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
