Client Relationship Executive

 We are looking for dedicated and proactive candidates to join our team as Customer Support & Operations Executives. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing IndiaMART leads, coordinating website requirements, resolving operational issues, and communicating with high-potential clients. 

Key ResponsibiliƟes:

 Handle customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

 Manage and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART

 Coordinate and manage requirements for running websites

 Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues and operational problems

 Make outbound calls to high-potential and recommended clients to understand their requirements

 Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups

 Ensure timely response and high customer satisfaction

 Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently
