About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to handle client leads, understand their financing needs, collect required documents, and coordinate with our lending partners. You will also act as the relationship manager, ensuring smooth case closure.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with leads and understand their requirements.
• Collect and verify client documents.
• Forward cases to lending partners for processing.
• Act as relationship manager until case closure.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microfinance/SME Finance.
• Good communication & client-handling skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in finance/banking (preferred but not mandatory).
