Job Description: CNC Programmer & Operator (Fanuc Controller)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Working Hours: Day Duty (Overtime Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fanuc Controller ke liye CNC programs banana, modify karna aur optimize karna.
• Machine ki complete operating, including setup, tool setting & job loading/unloading.
• Engineering drawings ko read karke accurate machining program tayyar karna.
• Speeds, feeds, tool offset aur cutting parameters ka correct selection.
• Trial run, first-piece inspection aur machining accuracy ensure karna.
• Daily production targets achieve karna aur reports maintain karna.
• Machine cleanliness, routine check-up aur basic maintenance follow karna.
• Quality standards & safety rules ka strict पालन.

Skills Required:

• Fanuc G-code/M-code programming ka strong knowledge.
• CNC machine operating (Turning/Milling) ka practical hands-on experience.
• Drawing reading & GD&T understanding.
• Troubleshooting during machining.
• High accuracy & attention to detail.
