Associate/Consultant – Recruitments

Location: Remote

Experience: 2+ year (including internship experience)

Working Days & Time: 6 Days & 9:30 to 7:30

(Must Have - New-Age Laptop, High-Speed Broadband Connection and Proper Workstation at home)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate – Recruitments to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have prior internship experience in recruitment and be familiar with sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and interview coordination. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases

·        Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds

·        Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams

·        Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

·        Work with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

·        Assist in employer branding initiatives if required

Key Skills:

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Understanding of sourcing methods and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

·        Good organizational skills and eye to detail

·        Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)

·        Prior internship experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (minimum 3-6 months)

·        Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

·        Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
