Cake O’ Clocks – Counter Staff Job Responsibilities
Greet customers at the counter and explain cake options politely.
Help customers choose the right cake and complete the billing process.
Manage Zomato and Swiggy online orders efficiently.
Coordinate with the chef for cake decoration and timely preparation.
Handover ready orders to delivery riders properly.
Maintain daily billing records and update sales during closing time.
