Job Description

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls related to reservations, event inquiries, and client follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements for parties, celebrations, and events, and suggest suitable packages.
  • Conduct guest interactions with warmth and professionalism to ensure memorable experiences.
  • Manage party calling and coordinate with clients for event bookings, confirmations, and updates.
  • Organize and attend party meetings with clients to finalize details such as menu, décor, seating, and entertainment.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, kitchen, and event teams to deliver client expectations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and build repeat business opportunities.
  • Keep records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales & marketing team in driving event bookings and promotions.
