Role Summary: We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Associate (CCA) to be the face of Shoppers Stop. You will deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience while fostering long-term customer relationships and driving loyalty through our First Citizen program.

• Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Warmly greet and engage customers; provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
• Sales Focus: Proactively upsell and cross-sell merchandise to meet individual and store targets.
• Loyalty Management: Promote and manage the First Citizen loyalty program enrollment and benefits.
• Issue Resolution: Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Operational Support: Accurately manage POS transactions (billing/refunds) and maintain store visual standards.
• Qualifications 1+ years experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality. Freshers are also welcomed.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric attitude.
• 12th pass is the minimum graduation required.
