Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions across calls, chats, and social media platforms. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.


Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and website chat
  • Understand customer requirements clearly and guide them on product options, customisation, pricing, and timelines

Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Facilitate smooth handover of customer requirements to the design team
  • Coordinate with operations/production to track order progress
  • Follow up with customers for approvals, clarifications, and pending details

Order & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate customer and order details
  • Ensure timely updates are shared with customers
  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required

Social Media Support

  • Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
  • Maintain brand tone while communicating with customers


Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple chats and calls simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of sales, order processing, and coordination
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work closely with design and operations teams
