Customer Relationship Manager

·       Client coordination for their enquiry/order finalisation/dispatches/payments and after sales service coordination

·       Making Sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met

·       Ensuring Existing clients are satisfied through after sales service

·       Resolve all the queries of the clients-should be soft spoken

·       Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.

 Key Skills required –

·       Polite disposition

·       Ability of rigorous follow-ups

·       Always available on calls

·       Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be good at Hindi & English language

·        Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Email

·       Good interpersonal skills
