Job Overview:

Dr. NB Dentec Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to dental courses, patient records, inventory, and administrative documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company software and Excel sheets
• Maintain accurate course participant and inventory records
• Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies
• Organise and maintain digital and physical files
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Coordinate with administrative and accounts departments

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of data confidentiality
• Good communication skills
• 
  

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Prior data entry experience is an advantage
