Development Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer to work on innovative, IIT-incubated projects in advanced technology domains such as Underwater Systems, Robotics, and AI. The candidate will be responsible for taking ongoing projects to completion and transforming ideas into practical working solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end execution of ongoing development projects
• Work on IIT-incubated projects in domains like Robotics, AI, and Underwater technologies
• Convert concepts and ideas into functional prototypes and final products
• Coordinate with technical teams across IIT Delhi and Ghaziabad factory locations
• Ensure timely completion of projects with quality and performance standards
• Troubleshoot, participate in field test, and optimize systems during development

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in product development / R&D projects
• Exposure to advanced tech projects (preferred)
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical/electronics/control systems
• Experience in robotics, AI, or underwater systems will be an added advantage
• Ability to work on multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel between IIT Delhi and Ghaziabad
• Ability to work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment
