Job OverviewWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to build and manage our online presence and brand awareness for our CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) equipment used in hospitals and medical institutions.

The role involves creating digital content, managing social media, running online advertising campaigns, and producing educational content to increase awareness about hospital sterilization standards and infection control.

The candidate should be comfortable with content creation, video production, digital advertising, and B2B marketing strategies.

• Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementManage company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Create and schedule regular posts, reels, and educational content
• Build brand presence in the hospital, healthcare, and infection control community
• Respond to messages and engage with followers
• 2. Video Content CreationShoot videos explaining:

• CSSD equipment
• Sterilization processes
• Product demonstrations
• Installation videos
• Educational videos for hospitals
• Create short reels, YouTube videos, and product explainers
• Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva / After Effects

3. Digital AdvertisingPlan and run campaigns on:

• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Instagram / Facebook Ads
• YouTube Ads

Objectives:

• Lead generation
• Product awareness
• Website traffic
• Brand awareness

Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

4. Content MarketingCreate informative content such as:

• Blog posts about CSSD best practices
• Sterilization process awareness
• Infection control standards
• Product comparisons
• Industry insights

Help position the company as a knowledge leader in sterilization technology.

• 5. Website & SEO ManagementImprove website content and SEO
• Optimize keywords related to:

• Hospital sterilization
• CSSD equipment
• Work on Google search rankings and website traffic

6. Brand Awareness CampaignsDevelop campaigns that:

• Educate hospitals about importance of proper sterilization
• Highlight risks of poor CSSD practices

• 7. Lead GenerationGenerate leads from Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and website
• Coordinate with sales team
• Maintain lead database
