We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid ads across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn, along with creating impactful social media content strategies to build brand awareness and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

📢 Paid Advertising (Google & Meta):

• Plan and execute ROI-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor daily budgets, audience targeting, ad creatives, and placements to improve performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to optimize ads for better CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly ad performance reports and insights.

📱 Social Media Marketing:

• Develop content strategies and calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Collaborate with design team to create engaging posts, reels, and story content.
• Handle page management including posting, community engagement, and follower growth.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in digital and social media.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or any creative tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
