Location: Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Create engaging posts, reels, captions, and stories
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas
• Manage comments, messages, and online community engagement
• Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
• Run and optimize paid social media ads (basic level)
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across platforms

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Content writing and captioning skills
• Basic graphic/video editing knowledge (Canva, InShot, etc.)
• Understanding of analytics and insights
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling business or brand accounts
• Knowledge of digital marketing and influencer collaborations
• Local candidate preferred (Ghaziabad/nearby areas)
