Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an e-commerce Representative/telecaller Executive. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, cater to B2B clients, conduct follow-ups, and efficiently update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and upload and manage stock on all e-commerce platforms like Our Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls and inquiries from B2B clients
2. Provide detailed product information and assistance to customers
3. Maintain and update customer data in CRM and Excel/Google Sheets
4. Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
5. Assist in managing product listings and inventory on the company website
6. Track and record orders, deliveries, and stock updates
7. Coordinate e-commerce listings and manage stock status if applicable
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
9. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

Required Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Customer service experience, preferably in B2B or wholesale
3. Knowledge of e-commerce portals and product uploads/listings is a big plus
4. Proficiency in using computers, MS Excel / Google Sheets
5. Understanding of lighting products is a plus
6. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
7. Highly organised, reliable, and sincere in work ethic
