E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels — primarily Amazon and Shopify. The role involves handling daily operations such as listings, inventory, order management, and sales tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listings & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product details, images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for new launches and listing improvements.

2. Inventory & Order Management

• Track stock levels across platforms and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatches.
• Manage returns, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.

3. Sales & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track category-wise and product-wise performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth.

4. Customer Service & Feedback

• Handle customer queries and complaints across platforms professionally.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

5. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in executing campaigns, promotions, and ad listings on marketplaces.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for deals, coupons, and visibility boosts.
• Track ad performance and suggest optimization strategies.

6. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with vendors, operations, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain data accuracy between marketplaces, internal records, and ERP systems.
• Support senior executives in cross-platform operations and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Graduate in Commerce / Marketing / Business / Any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce dashboards, reports, and tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, keywords, and campaigns is a plus.
