Role Overview

The E-commerce & Quick Commerce Listing Specialist will handle product listings across multiple online marketplaces and express delivery platforms. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and proactive coordination to ensure strong product visibility and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload and manage listings on:
• Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
• Maintain accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, SKUs, images and prices.
• Ensure category mapping, GST, HSN and compliance are correct.

Optimization & Content

• Optimize keywords, content, and presentation to improve ranking.
• Update creatives, images, and A+ content when required.

Inventory, Pricing & Offers

• Monitor stock and coordinate with warehouse team.
• Update prices, offers and promotions.
• Prevent out-of-stock situations and listing duplication.

Performance Monitoring

• Track views, orders, returns, and reviews.
• Prepare reports and highlight improvement areas.

Coordination & Issue Resolution

• Work with platforms to resolve listing errors or suspensions.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics and finance teams.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years experience in e-commerce / marketplace listing (preferred)
• Experience on quick-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Good knowledge of dashboards & listing panels
• Basic SEO and product keyword understanding
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Organized, detail-oriented and responsible

Extra advantage if candidate has:

• Canva / Photoshop knowledge
• Experience in FMCG / Organic / Grocery segment

Education

• Graduate (any stream).
• MBA / Marketing preferred, but not mandatory.
