E-Commerce Specialist

Hiring: E-commerce Specialist (Shopify & Operations)

We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist who can manage day-to-day operations and scale a D2C brand smoothly across website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise Shopify store (products, pricing, inventory, offers)

Handle operations across Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces

End-to-end order processing, logistics & fulfilment

Coordinate with courier partners and manage RTOs/returns

Ensure smooth customer experience via WhatsApp/email/platform dashboards

Support quick commerce integrations (experience is a plus)

Track sales, inventory, conversions, and prepare reports

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with Shopify

Hands-on marketplace operations experience

Solid understanding of e-commerce ops & logistics

Good Excel / Google Sheets skills

Good to Have:

Quick commerce exposure (Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart)

D2C or lifestyle/home décor brand experience

Basic SEO, CRO, and catalogue optimisation knowledge

📍 Location: Noida / On-site preferred

💼 Experience: 2–5 years
