Education Counsellor

Telecallers at the First Aid Council of India (FACI) are responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, institutions, and organizations to promote FACI courses and training programs. They provide accurate information about first aid diploma and certificate courses and counsel interested candidates professionally. The role includes generating admissions, following up on leads, and supporting centre establishment initiatives. Telecallers must maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups, and submit regular reports to the team leader. Achieving assigned targets while maintaining ethical and respectful communication standards is an essential part of the role.
