Event Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by converting leads to confirmed business and managing client relationships for events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful events.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling the leads and converting them to confirmed business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
