​Job Title: Static Equipment Fabrication Engineer

​Role Objective

​To oversee and execute the fabrication process of static equipment from raw material stage to final assembly, ensuring all components meet engineering designs, international codes (ASME, API), and safety standards.

​Key Responsibilities

​Production Planning: Develop fabrication sequences, shell rolling schedules, and assembly layouts for equipment like pressure vessels and columns.

​Technical Design Review: Interpret fabrication drawings, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

​Welding Oversight: Coordinate with welding engineers to ensure correct Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) are followed.

​Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with international codes (ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2, API 650/620, TEMA).

​Material Management: Supervise material marking, cutting (Plasma/Oxy-fuel), and fit-up activities to minimize wastage.

​Testing Coordination: Oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Radiography, DP, and Ultrasonic tests, as well as final Hydro-testing.
